How to Write Your 90 Day Plan

Successful people have one thing in common, writing down their goals. For the most part, most people do not know how to start that process. We are told to write them out, post them and read them every day.

Today you can start that process. So let’s, find out for yourself where you are going and what you really want.

You will need to get yourself a notebook, or at least 10 pieces of paper. This exercise will take you about 20 to 30 minutes to complete. One of the ways that I have been taught is to think of the outcome and then work your self backwards to get it the results you are seeking.

This has also been a proven system used in exact or similar form by great leaders such as Anthony Robbins, Zig- Ziglar, Napoleon Hill and all others who have focused on what their live is and what they want. Developing Your Dream List - Psychology of Persuasion by Kevin Hogan

What dreams do you have for your life, what do you dream of as far as relationships, income, career, travel, and your material possession?

1. On a clean sheet of paper next to your dream list. Write a 1 to 2 sentence on why you want each dream. If you cannot find your why, then skip that dream and go to the next. Don't spend too much time thinking on this. Use no more than 10 minutes.

2. Cross out the dreams that you couldn't find your why reason for. Next to your dreams that you know your why, write the number. 1 year or 2 years 5, 10 etc. Think optimistic on when you can reach that goal. Start Now.

3. Take a third sheet, write one or two sentences on what could come between you and that dream. For an example: Lose 10 pounds/eating late or Earn $1000 more/not enough hours - spend about 10 minutes on this.
Start Now.

4. The fourth sheet, I want you to divide the paper into four boxes. At the top of each box, write the most important dream that you have written the goal for 1 year.

Example:

Lose 10 pounds Study Internet Marketing skills
Earn $1000 More Spend time with family

5. In each box, write all the reasons why you absolutely must reach your goal or dream. Write about the pain you will feel and the pleasure you will get when you accomplish and achieve that dream. Next, write what you will do every day to drive yourself to that dream.

Example:

Exercise, choose healthier foods
Read articles - subscribe to a marketing newsletter
Sit down with the family at least 1 hour a day
Communicate on the internet make friends

Spend a little time with this.

Writing your goals , will help internalize them. Giving your life purpose will make you more powerful. Having your reasons written will also help you visualize your dream. Post them look at them everyday.
